oooohhhh I might have to borrow this from you as I love it! I recently read a quote from Kate White's book (Cosmo Editor), "I Shouldn't Be Telling You This: Success Secrets Every Gutsy Girl Should Know," that said "So many young women treat life as a constant status update. They're thinking about how their lives look instead of how they lives feel." What an impactful statement, right!?
